Kareena starts her day with a power-packed breakfast. By taking a diet rich in fiber 60 to ninety minutes before exercise, the muscles need fiber. Because more calories are burned after exercise. This gives good results.

After lunch, Kareena takes a drink mixed with lemon water, black salt, sugar, saffron and a little ginger to avoid legibility after lunch. Saffron is good for hair and skin, while the combination of ginger and black salt will leave you feeling lighter.

In the evening, Kareena keeps the dinner light and for this she takes lentil-rice-ghee or khichdi-curd or milky vegetable and jowar roti. Kareena makes dinner early in the evening. Eating nutritious food leads to a good, restful sleep at night. This keeps hormones balanced. Also good for anti aging. Due to this the effect of age is not visible on the body. Kareena wakes up early in the morning. This routine is essential for a good lifestyle.
