The body of the girl was taken out after excavation from the plot of SP leader and former state minister Fateh Bahadur Singh. After conducting the post-mortem of the dead body, the police took it to Jajmau Chandan Ghat for the last rites. However, the family of the deceased did not allow the last rites to be performed. The relatives of the deceased placed many demands in front of the police-administration. The cremation of the dead body was not allowed if the demands were not met.

Accused of raping daughter
The mother of a Dalit girl alleges that her daughter was raped. After the rape, his daughter was murdered. He told the police that his daughter's body should be kept in the D Freezer. She will perform his last rites ten days later. She said that if she does not get justice, she will demand a CBI inquiry into the matter. If the daughter does not get justice, she will kill herself by jumping into the Ganges along with the daughter's body.
