After taking oath in the Rajya Sabha, Jharkhand Mukti Morcha MP Mahua Maji voted for the Presidential election in the Rajya Sabha itself. Under the direction of party supremo Shibu Soren, Mahua Maji has voted in favor of NDA candidate Draupadi Murmu.
