Hyderabad Police has filed a 600-page charge sheet in the gang rape case of a 16-year-old girl. The Jubilee Hills police filed separate charge sheets in the Juvenile Justice Board and the Nampally Metropolitan Court. It is believed that as the five accused are minors, their trial will go on in the juvenile court. The case of the sixth accused named Sauddin Malik (18) is likely to proceed in the criminal court. The Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) on Tuesday granted bail to four minor boys arrested in this gangrape case. Officials said the JJB granted bail to the four minor accused with certain conditions. The accused have been conditioned to cooperate with the investigating officers and appear before the officer on the first Monday of every month. What is the whole matter?
The minor girl was allegedly gang-raped by six people, of whom five were minors. These people committed the rape on May 28 after kidnapping the victim from a high profile club. The Jubilee Hills police had registered an FIR on May 31, three days after the gangrape. In the FIR, the police said that the accused forced the minor girl to sit in his Mercedes-Benz car at the pub. From there he was taken to the pastry shop, where he was seated in a Toyota Innova. Thereafter he allegedly raped her.
