Allahabad High Court has canceled the result of Uttar Pradesh PCS Preliminary Examination 2021 (UPPSC PCS Prelims Result 2021). The Allahabad High Court gave this decision during the hearing of a petition. Now the result of this exam will be released again. The court (Allahabad HC) also ordered that this process should be completed expeditiously and the admit cards for the mains exam should be issued within a month.

What is the reason

Allahabad High Court has canceled the pre-examination for not giving 5 percent reservation to ex-servicemen as per rules. Now the benefit of 5 percent reservation will be given to the ex-servicemen before releasing the result afresh. This decision has come during the hearing on the petition of petitioner Satish Chandra Shukla and others. A single bench of Justice Sangeeta Chandra gave this decision.
