Strict action on the accused who carried out the double murder

Noida Police on Sunday attached property worth Rs 4 crore of the main accused arrested in connection with the murder of two people in Girdharpur village of Badalpur police station area last year. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone II) Harish Chander said that Suresh and Amit, who lived in Girdharpur village, were shot dead on February 8, 2021.

He told that the accused had carried out this massacre in Bhari Panchayat and later Prem Singh, the witness of the incident and uncle of the deceased, was also killed. He told that the police had taken action against the arrested accused in this case under the Gangster Act.

Chander said that while taking action in the case, four crore movable and immovable properties of the main accused Devendra Chandela have been attached under section 14(1) of the Gangster Act, including a school run by Chandela, a car, various places. Eight plots and agricultural land are included.
