In this scorching heat, the risk of people falling ill due to stepping out of the house has also increased. After the continuous hot winds, heat wave conditions are forming in Delhi again. According to IMD, the weather will be clear here during the day. There will be no relief from heat wave in the coming two days from 18th April i.e. today. Yesterday i.e. on 17th April 2022, the minimum temperature in Delhi was recorded at 27 degree Celsius and the maximum temperature was 41 degree Celsius.

In western Rajasthan too, the heat has started breaking records. Heatwave conditions were observed at isolated places in northern parts of Rajasthan, which was reeling from the sun and heat, yesterday i.e. on Sunday, Chandrapur in Rajasthan recorded a maximum temperature of 44 degree Celsius. Whereas Akola recorded 43.7 degree Celsius. According to IMD data, Khajuraho (Madhya Pradesh), Phalodi and Bikaner (both in Rajasthan) recorded 43.6 degree Celsius temperature.

Even in the cities of Odisha, the temperature exceeds 40 degrees.

People in Odisha remained reeling under the scorching sun and humidity as the mercury soared above 40 degrees Celsius at at least 15 places on Saturday. According to the bulletin of the Meteorological Department, the heat in the state on Saturday broke the record of 40 degrees. The maximum temperature here on Saturday was 43.5 degree Celsius in Suvarnapur. The mercury went up to 43 degrees in Bolangir and up to 42.7 degrees in Angul.

The heat wave made it difficult for people to come out of the house

Like other states, Uttar Pradesh is also troubled by the heat. The heat wave has made it difficult for people to step out of the house. Here too the heat is such that the mercury has crossed 40 degrees in the month of April itself. On Saturday, the minimum temperature of Lucknow, the capital of UP, was 23 degrees Celsius, while the maximum temperature was recorded at 40 degrees Celsius. Here on Sunday also the condition of Maisam was similar. At the same time, if IMD is to be believed, there is not going to be any relief from the scorching heat here in the coming days as well.
