loudspeaker will not be used in religious places in ajmer

Taking a big decision in Ajmer, Rajasthan, the district administration has banned loudspeakers. This decision of the administration has come into effect from April 7. The administration has banned the use of loudspeakers in all public and religious places to curb noise pollution.

Let us tell you that there has been a demand for a ban on the use of loudspeakers for a long time. Courts have on several occasions directed the authorities to remove loudspeakers from religious places but no action was taken.

Famous singer Anuradha Paudwal came into the limelight on Thursday for demanding a ban on loudspeakers. The veteran singer demanded a ban on loudspeakers for Azaan. The singer, who has lent her voice to thousands of popular songs, said such practice is not needed in India.

Anuradha said that I have visited many places in the world. I have not seen anything like this except in India. I am not against any religion, but it is being forcibly promoted here. They play the azaan on the loudspeaker from the mosque. Other communities question why others can't if they can use loudspeakers.

Well, this is not the first time that a celeb has spoken of a ban on loudspeakers. In 2017, popular singer Sonu Nigam, who had recently received the Padma Shri award, raised his voice against Azaan over loudspeakers.
